We are not purchasing any sterling silver at this time, including flatware, hollowware, or service ware.

If you'd like to see a piece from our collection from all angles or chat one-on-one with an expert, make an in-person or virtual appointment. Your appointment is not time-limited — feel free to browse as long as you’d like!

Walton's Jewelry invites you to enjoy our showroom in complete privacy.
For those who prefer a more intimate shopping experience while our doors are closed to the public, we will give you uninterrupted time to explore our collection in comfort and confidence. These appointments are ideal for celebrating a romantic anniversary, planning a proposal, gathering friends for a special celebration, or simply wishing to shop in a private setting.

Virtual Appointments
When you book a virtual appointment, we’ll do our best to recreate the same welcoming environment our Downtown Franklin showroom has to offer — and bring that feeling to you! Simply ask to see any piece in our collection or for our expert recommendations based on your personal style and preference.
Our virtual appointments are hosted through the Zoom platform. You can join using a desktop computer or your smartphone by clicking the link in your appointment confirmation email after booking.
